Sure! Here's a simple and easy recipe for Buffalo Chicken Pasta:

Ingredients:

8 ounces of penne pasta
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions:

Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the diced chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook the chicken until it's no longer pink in the center, about 6-8 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low and add the buffalo sauce to the skillet. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet with the buffalo chicken. Stir to combine and coat the pasta with the sauce.

Remove the skillet from the heat and drizzle the ranch dressing over the pasta. Toss gently to distribute the dressing evenly.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the pasta and cover the skillet with a lid. Let it sit for a few minutes until the cheese melts.

Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired, and serve hot.

This recipe can be easily prepared in advance and stored in meal prep containers. Simply divide the pasta into individual portions and refrigerate. When you're ready to eat, reheat the desired portion in the microwave or on the stovetop until heated through.

Enjoy your Buffalo Chicken Pasta!
