Badulla – Mahiyangana main road and km from Badulla. You can reach the waterfall by reaching the junction known as "Dunhinda Junction" which is about 6 km away and walking along the small footpath starting from that junction for about one km.


This waterfall created by Badulu Oya is about 210 feet (64m) high. The name Labunu is said to have been given to it due to its smoky smell.
